3 cups ice
24 ounces dark rum
One 22-ounce bottle hard ginger cider, such as Ninepin Ginger
6 to 7 dashes angostura bitters
12 mint sprigs, plus sprigs for garnish
Mix the ice, rum, cider, bitters and mint sprigs in a large pitcher and stir to combine. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint.
