Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with a silicone liner or parchment paper.
Lay out the salami slices in one layer on the lined baking sheets, making sure they do not touch. Bake, flipping halfway through, until firm and slightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a paper-towel lined baking sheet to drain and further crisp up as they cool completely.
Serve the salami chips with the cheese cups.
Cook’s Note
If the salami slices are more than 3 inches across, cut into quarters like tortilla chips.
