1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
3 tablespoons chopped chives
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon salt
6 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley, leaves only, roughly chopped
4 cloves garlic
4 to 8 dashes hot sauce
Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, chives, vinegar, dill, salt, parsley, garlic and hot sauce to a food processor and pulse to combine.
