Turkey Apple Panini

1 Focaccia or Ciabatta roll, sandwich-sized, sliced in half lengthwise

1 TBSP Extra virgin olive oil

4 slices Boar's Head Ovengold® Turkey Breast

4 slices Green apple, sliced thin

2 ounces Spinach, fresh

2-3 slices Boar's Head Sharp Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese

Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat a Panini press. Brush the inside of both slices of bread with olive oil. On bottom bun, layer ingredients in the following order: Ovengold Turkey Breast, green apples, spinach, cheese. Crown with remaining slice of bread and place on the Panini press. Cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden and crisp, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
