This is a major upgrade to a fruit salad. I love to lay all different kinds of fruit and citrus on a board and let people create their own combinations! The hot honey yogurt perfectly complements the natural sweetness of the fruit.

  1. Add the honey and red pepper flakes to a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then turn off the heat and add the apple cider vinegar. Let the hot honey cool, then strain it into a jar and store at room temperature.
  2. Peel and slice the fruit as desired. Arrange on a platter, starting with the larger pieces and filling in with smaller fruits and berries.
  3. Mix your desired amount of hot honey with the Greek yogurt and serve with the fruit platter.
