The Eggs-Files

Episode | From: Carnival Eats
Hear ye, hear ye! Host Noah Cappe ventures to the Brevard Renaissance Fair in Melbourne, Florida, to sample masterful medieval dishes delicious enough to satiate the biggest giant. Plus, Noah heads to Cathedral City, California, for the Taste of Jalicso Festival which celebrates Mexican heritage, culture and food! On the menu is the Chorizo Pina Smash Burger, a pineapple-injected chorizo burger, and the Poblano Popper Fried Chicken, a chicken sandwich with a creamy, spicy kick. Noah also visits the Coastal Carolina Fair for the Bacon Jalapeño Corn Puppies and the Chicken Mac Queso-rito.

Midwest Fish Fry

Episode | From: Sandwich King
There's nothing quite like a flaky, golden, fried fish sandwich, so Jeff makes a trip to Madison, Wis., to get the goods from Chef Tami Lax at the Old Fashioned. Her biggest fans are known to wait up to two hours for a chance to taste her fried Walleye sandwich, so Jeff wastes no time in getting a few of Tami's secrets. Then he heads back home to try his hand at frying up his own fish sandwich with homemade tartar sauce, and continues the tradition by whipping up his take on a couple other dishes you'll often find at an old time Wisconsin Fish Fry, by first working that staple side, mac and cheese, into a sandwich with bacon. He finishes up with a simple and elegant Three Bean Salad.

My Fave Missed Steak

Episode | From: Mary Makes It Easy
Mary Berg's veg versions of meaty classics can satisfy even the biggest meat lover by maintaining those hearty flavors and textures. Mary gets the jump on fast food with stovetop Falafel Burgers sandwiched between mini pita buns and garnished with quick-pickled red onion and garlic tahini sauce. Her Tofu Chicken Nuggets can crush any crunch craving by coating extra firm tofu in spiced batter with golden brown toasted panko and a mayo-honey mustard dip to dunk on the side. Mary's Quick Fakin' Bacon crumble replaces the mother of all meats, using flaked coconut to create a smoky topper for anything from Caesar salad to a breakfast sammy. For Italian night, Mary's Mushroom Lentil Meatballs are ready to be served up on a meatball sub or bowl of pasta.

Picnic and Unlimited Soup and Salad

Amy Schumer and her husband, Chef Chris Fischer, pack a picnic lunch to take advantage of the summer weather. Amy starts off with a Margarita "to go" while Chris makes Pesto Pasta Salad, a Chicken Cutlet BLT and Brownies for dessert. The pair makes a refreshing Watermelon and Celery Root Salad, with Chris swearing that celery root is the new fennel. Then Chris and Amy celebrate the humble soup and salad combo. While they sip Sazerac cocktails, Chris shows Amy how to make a Kale and Anchovy Salad and a comforting bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup that's main course-worthy. Chris then takes the "new fennel" out for a test drive and creates a satisfying Celery Root and Yogurt Soup, and Amy makes an enormous original salad that is heavy on the bacon and cheese.
