A taste of the Hampton’s–that’s what Ina has planned for her friend Jack Pearson’s weekend guests. While they are touring the local food sites–a wonderful vineyard, farm stand and cheese spot, Ina’s whipping up a delicious Rare Roast Beef and Horseradish Sandwich, a Montauk Seafood Salad and Plum Raspberry Crumble--using only local produce.
Thanksgiving without turkey is like Ina cooking without butter – not in this life. Ina makes a classic Thanksgiving dinner, turkey with herb and apple stuffing, cranberry fruit conserve, Roasted Brussels sprouts and just when her guests think they’re too full to eat any more Ina presents a Pumpkin banana mousse tart – well it is Thanksgiving one more slice won’t hurt.
Nothing beats a surprise party except a surprise baby shower - everyone's in the mood to celebrate. So here's the story: the expectant mom thinks she's coming for a quiet supper, her friends are bringing the decorations and Ina's cooking. Greek gazpacho, baked salmon nicoise and pecan shortbread for dessert and favours.
Tonight Ina's swapping her traditional roast for chicken with attitude in a Tex Mex feast in the garden. On the menu -Tequila lime chicken cooked on the grill served with guacamole, Sagaponack corn pudding and a stunning frozen key lime pie for dessert.

Ina has devised the perfect girl get together meal. A virtuous healthy Tuna Nicoise platter with Provencal Potato Salad to start and then the pure pleasure element - Vanilla Armangnac Ice Cream wedged between 2 Chocolate White Chocolate Chunk Cookies.
One weekend, two easy elegant light lunches. On the menu, lunch number one, warm duck salad followed by blueberry crumb cake. Then the following day, saffron butternut squash and chocolate sorbet.
