Christmas Windows in Time

Dressed as a Christmas tree, host Jesse Palmer kicks things off by asking the final four competitors to honor the holiday tree in the form of a beautifully decorated macaron tower. In the Christmas past, present and future main heat, the bakers must feature an assigned icing style in a stunning cake that evokes their assigned time period -- marzipan from the past, buttercream from the present or mirror glaze from the future. In the end, judges Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman and Carla Hall will decide the one baker who will be crowned Holiday Baking Champion and walk away $25,000 richer!

Floating Islands

Magically floating host Jesse Palmer invites the five bakers to create a "floating island dessert" using their chosen tropical fruit as the star ingredient. This light and airy dessert must be encased in a delicate, shimmering caramel net that appears to float effortlessly above the plate, showcasing both their pastry skills and imagination. Then, the competitors use concoctions from the Little Shop's Magical Elixir Bar to make an ice cream-filled cake bombe that's decorated to glow in the dark. Judges Duff Goldman, Kardea Brown and Nancy Fuller decide whose creation is the most magical and delicious.

Both teams ramp up their culinary chops on day two when they square off alongside Miami's top food trucks in a busy block party before host Jesse Palmer announces which team earned the most money and will be going home with the keys to their food truck.

Welcome to Camp!

Episode | From: Bakeaway Camp
Six talented amateur bakers arrive for their first day at camp. Camp Director Martha Stewart and host Jesse Palmer present the campers with their first challenge: putting a unique spin on camping's quintessential dessert -- s'mores! Camp counselors Carla Hall and Dan Langan decide which baker earns a once-in-a-lifetime mentoring session with Martha herself in her own kitchen. The winner gets tips and tricks from Martha to help them in the next challenge, where the campers brave cooking in the outdoor kitchen to make layered desserts. Martha and the counselors decide which baker has risen to the challenge and which camper will be sent packing.

Mastery of Chocolate

The chefs have only one challenge to demonstrate their mastery of one of the most essential and temperamental mediums in pastry: chocolate. Host Jesse Palmer tasks the bakers with creating a visually stunning 3D chocolate sculptural piece along with a baked element that not only complements but is directly inspired by the theme and design of their chocolate creation. The chefs must demonstrate both technical precision and creative storytelling, balancing structural ambition with exquisite taste. To evaluate their work, chocolatier and pastry icon Amaury Guichon returns to the judging panel alongside Duff Goldman, ensuring that every detail, from craftsmanship to concept, meets the highest standards of chocolate artistry.

Gingerbread House Party

In the season finale, host Jesse Palmer is throwing a gingerbread house party with all the trimmings! In the preheat, the bakers create faux candy desserts, traditional candy decorations that are actually desserts on the inside. Then, the competitors must take inspiration from holiday eggnog flavors to create the most impressive eggnog desserts for judges Carla Hall, Duff Goldman and Nancy Fuller, and one baker will be eliminated. For the final challenge, the bakers construct gingerbread house cakes in unique architectural styles like modern, Tudor, cozy cottage or castle. In the end, only one baker will be named Holiday Baking Champion and take home $25,000!

Reasons for the Season

For the semifinals, host Jesse Palmer explores the reasons behind some great holiday traditions. Kwanzaa is around the corner, and one of the most traditional ingredients to cook with is plantains, so the bakers craft Kwanzaa plantain desserts. Then in a team heat, Carla Hall celebrates a centuries-old tradition by crafting ornaments, inspiring baking teams to make large-scale edible ornaments in Holiday Baking's first ever T’Ornament of Tastiness! Another ageless holiday tradition is putting up a Christmas tree, so for the main heat, the bakers create blitz puff pastry Christmas tree pull-aparts for judges Carla Hall, Duff Goldman and Nancy Fuller to tear into!

Out with the Old, In with the New

The eight remaining bakers are in for a magical surprise when host Jesse Palmer transforms into a magician, turning ordinary candles into delicious edible treats right before their eyes. For their first challenge, the bakers must draw inspiration from a scented candle and create a dessert that features an edible candle that actually lights and enhances the overall experience of the dish. Then, the competition heats up as the bakers go head-to-head in a challenge that combines two iconic spring favorites, lemon meringue pie and carrot cake. Judges Duff Goldman, Kardea Brown and Nancy Fuller decide who did each flavor the best.

Improvisation & Personal Inspiration

Host Jesse Palmer welcomes 16 of America's top pastry chefs to the most intense baking competition ever. First, the chefs are split into two groups and tasked with creating a dessert that is centered around assigned flavor profiles -- sweet, salty, sour, or bitter -- combined with a specific texture. Each baker must craft an elevated plated dessert in their signature style inspired by their assigned profile. After each round, two bakers are eliminated, leaving 12 to advance to the master challenge. In this round, the remaining chefs must create a dessert inspired by the roots of their baking journey for judges Duff Goldman and Sherry Yard. In the end, two additional chefs are eliminated.

Bee Happy Campers

Episode | From: Bakeaway Camp
The five remaining campers wake up to mail call, and host Jesse Palmer delivers postcards from home that reveal two ingredients -- one sweet and one savory -- that the bakers must incorporate into a mouthwatering dessert for their first challenge. Camp counselors Carla Hall and Dan Langan decide which baker delivers the winning dessert and earns a one-on-one mentoring session with Martha Stewart at her farm. The winner gets Martha's personal tips and tricks on how to make decorative pies, and then in the Camp Director's Challenge, the campers have two hours to make their most beautifully decorated pie. When swarms of bees threaten the challenge, who will come out on top? Martha joins the counselors to choose the best pie and send another camper packing.
