Apple Cups

What you'll need:

  • Apples
  • Chef's knife
  • Melon baller or spoon
  • Basting brush
  • Lemon juice
  • Warm apple cider
  • Cinnamon sticks

How to:

  1. Cut off the top of each apple with a chef's knife.
  2. Use a spoon or melon baller to scoop out the center of the apples. Be careful not to cut through the bottom or sides of the apples.
  3. Brush a little lemon juice over the inside of the apples to prevent browning.
  4. Fill the apples with warm apple cider, garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve.

Apple Leaves

What you'll need:

  • Apples
  • Paring knife
  • Cheese board

How to:

  1. Cut the apples into quarters with a paring knife.
  2. Cut the back of each slice to create a flat surface.
  3. Cut around the edge to create a leaf shape.
  4. Cut out a center line through the middle of each leaf.
  5. Cut notches in both sides of each leaf to create ridges.
  6. Use the leaves to decorate a cheese board.

Mini Apple Cake Toppers

  • Mini apples
  • Pasteurized egg whites
