What you'll need:

  • Store-bought meatballs
  • 8-inch bamboo skewers
  • Toasted buns, quartered
  • 1-inch squares of Cheddar
  • Iceberg lettuce leaves, torn into small pieces
  • Halved grape or cherry tomatoes
  • Pickle spears, cut into 1-inch chunks

Simply cook store-bought meatballs according to the package instructions. When you're ready to make the skewers, reheat them on the grill to give them a little bit of smoky flavor. Now it's time to build your burger skewers! Skewer a piece of bottom bun, followed by a meatball, a piece of cheese, lettuce, tomato and pickle on each skewer. Then pop on a piece of top bun and you've got yourself a fun burger idea that's ready to party.
