You don’t have to be into pi to be into pie, or vice versa. Nevertheless, every year on March 14 — or 3.14 — people who are into either or both of those homophones have ample opportunity to celebrate.

The holiday is official, recognized in 2009 by the U.S. House of Representatives. And for those who know where to look, it can also be delicious. A number of restaurant chains and other businesses offer freebies and deals on pies, pizzas and other menu items to help fans of both pi and pie to mark the day. Here are a few you may want to factor into your Pi Day plans:

Blaze Pizza: The fast-casual pizza chain is celebrating Pi Day with a one-day deal on March 14: When you buy one 11-inch pizza at participating locations, you get a second one of equal or lesser value for $3.14. Plus, guests who visit the chain on March 14 will receive a digital code for a buy-one-get-one-free 11-inch pizza deal to redeem after Pi Day in the Blaze Pizza app for pickup and delivery orders.

Burger King: On March 14, Burger King is offering customers a free Hershey's Sundae Pie or Cinnamon Apple Pie with a $3.14 purchase. The offer is available exclusively to Royal Perks members through the BK app or online.

Crumbl: The dessert brand is inviting fans to celebrate Pi Day for a full week with a Cookie Dough Pie (“brown sugar and graham pie crust nestling a cookie dough-packed brown sugar cream cheese filling, topped with fresh whipped cream, more cookie dough pieces, and mini chocolate chips”), available now through March 14. Plus, on March 14 only, each Crumbl location will offer a surprise bonus pie flavor in honor of the holiday.

DoorDash: You can find nationwide Pi Day offers from three popular pizza chains — Pizza Hut, Sbarro and Blaze Pizza — in the DoorDash app. Pizza Hut: When you order one medium or large “Create Your Own” pizza from participating locations on March 14, you can get one free. Sbarro: From March 14 through April 6, 2026, you can get $4 off eligible orders of $20 or more from all participating locations — and DashPass members can enjoy $5 off eligible orders of $25 or more. Blaze Pizza: From March 14 through April 6, 2026, when you buy one ‘Simple Pie’ 11-inch cheese pizza, you get one free from participating locations.

Marco’s Pizza: On March 14, Marco’s is treating guests who buy any large or extra-large pizza to a medium one-topping pizza for $3.14 with the code “PIDAY.”

Mountain Mike’s Pizza: The family-style pizza chain is offering a Pi Day deal to its Mountain Rewards members on March 14: Buy one medium pizza, get a medium one-topping pizza for $3.14.

PLNT Burger: The fast-casual plant-based burger chain is offering its thick-cut Crispy Herb Fries served with a choice of Snack Sauce for the discounted price of $3.14 over Pi Day weekend, March 14 and 15. To get the deal, use the promo code “PIDAYFRY.”

Additionally, Polly’s Perks members who dine in can enjoy a free slice of pie, no purchase necessary. And Polly’s is also bringing back its popular Pi Symbol Apple Pies for purchase this year, calling the pi-topped pies “the perfect formula to make March 14 infinitely delicious.” Ah, math humor.

Round Table Pizza: In honor of Pi Day, on March 14, Round Table Pizza is offering its Royal Rewards Members a One-Topping Personal Pizza for $3.14 with the purchase of a Large or XL Pizza. (You can join the loyalty program on the chain’s app or online.) The one-day-only deal is available at participating locations.

Taco Cabana: On March 14, the Mexican-inspired fast-food chain is offering a three-pie combo for $3.14.
