Here’s How To Snag 34 Deals and Freebies on Veterans Day 2025

On Veterans Day, celebrated on November 11 every year, we take the opportunity as a nation to honor our veterans and active-duty military personnel for their service and sacrifice. To show their appreciation, many restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores and other chains offer free meals, menu items or deals to those who have served — or continue to serve — in the military.
Here are 34 freebies and deals veterans and active-duty military members can enjoy this year:
Applebee’s: Applebee’s is offering all active-duty military, veterans, reserves and national guard members a free full-sized entree from a Veterans Day menu, which includes seven popular items. The offer is available for dine-in only on November 11. Additionally, military members and veterans who dine in that day will receive a $5 Bounce Back Card to redeem for their next dine-in, to-go or delivery order within a three-week redemption window.
Beef ‘O’ Brady’s: On November 11, veterans and active military can receive a free burger and fries at participating locations. Proof of service is not required.
Biggby Coffee: Military personnel can receive a 16-ounce beverage of their choice for $1.99 at Biggby on November 11.

Blaze Pizza: On November 11, at nearly 300 Blaze Pizza locations nationwide, veterans and active-duty military personnel can enjoy a free one-topping pizza. In addition, Blaze Pizza will donate $1 from every pizza sold that day to Folds of Honor, which supports educational opportunities for military families.
The Brass Tap Beer Bar: Veterans and active military personnel can get a free burger and fries, all day on November 11 at participating locations. No proof of service is required.
California Pizza Kitchen: On November 11, all veterans and active-duty service members can enjoy a complimentary entree and beverage from a special prix fixe menu when dining in at a participating location. They will also receive a Buy One Get One bounce-back card redeemable for a pizza, pasta or salad (of equal or lesser value) on a future visit with the purchase of any pizza, pasta or salad between November 12 and November 25.
Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop: All veterans and active-duty military can get a free small sub with any purchase when they present a valid military I.D. in-shop at Capriotti’s on November 11.
Casey’s: On November 11, Midwestern convenience chain Casey’s is offering all military service members a complimentary coffee or fountain drink at any location and a free car wash where available.
Chipotle: Show a valid military ID when you order any entree in-restaurant to get a second entree for free, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. local time on November 11 at Chipotle locations across the U.S.
Cousins Subs: The Midwest chain is offering all veterans and active-duty personnel a free 7 1/2-inch sub at any of its locations on November 11. The offer is available for in-person orders only on Veterans Day. Proof of service is required.
Cracker Barrel: Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is offering a complimentary Sunrise Pancake Special (two buttermilk pancakes topped with whipped butter and syrup, served with a choice of eggs or breakfast meat) to all veterans and active-duty military dining in on November 11, at any location.
Famous Dave’s BBQ Restaurant: Military personnel can score a free Georgia Chopped Pork Sandwich Lunch with a choice of side all day on November 11. If you’re ordering online, you can get the deal by using the code “VETERAN25” at checkout.
Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers: Freddy’s will honor veterans and current military personnel who visit participating locations on Veterans Day with a free Freddy’s Combo meal card, redeemable through December 31. No purchase is necessary to receive the offer.
Granite City Food & Brewery: From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on November 11, military personnel can enjoy a free entree from Granite City’s specialty Veterans Day lunch menu. The offer, which is available for dine-in, to-go and online ordering, also includes the choice of a non-alcoholic beverage. To get the deal online, use the code “VETERANS25.”

Hard Rock Cafe: On November 11, Hard Rock Cafe will honor active and retired military members with a complimentary Classic Smash Burger all day long (valid ID required). Veterans can also combine this offer with Hard Rock Cafe’s 15-percent military discount.
Huey Magoos: The chicken tenders chain is saying thank you to veterans and active military members with a free 3-Piece Tender Meal with the purchase of a regular-sized beverage. Active duty Military or Veteran ID or 00-214 form are required to redeem the offer.
La Madeleine: Veterans with Military ID can get a free entree on November 11. The offer is valid for dine-in only.
Lime Fresh Mexican Grill: On Veterans Day, customers with a veteran ID eat for free. They’ll also receive a Lime Challenge Coin with an estimated $50 value to redeem on purchases throughout the year (excluding alcohol), at any Lime Fresh location. After Veterans Day, veterans with the coin can also dine for free on the 11th of every month.
Little Caesars: The pizza chain is again offering a free Hot-N-Ready Lunch Combo to veterans and active-duty military members this Veterans Day, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The Lunch Combo includes four slices of Little Caesars signature Detroit-style Deep Dish pizza and a 20-ounce Pepsi beverage. No coupon is required, but to claim the offer, veterans and active-duty military personnel must present proof of service, such as a military ID, DD-214 form or veteran designation on their ID card.
Logan’s Roadhouse: This Veterans Day, Logan’s is honoring veterans and active-duty military with a free lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Those with a valid military ID or proof of service who dine in can enjoy one of several fan-favorite entrees (served with sides) on the house at participating Logan’s Roadhouse locations. (Logan’s also offers a year-round 10-percent military discount for all active-duty service members and veterans.)
Metro Diner: On November 11, Metro Diner is offering active and retired military members with a valid military ID 50 percent off their meal (dine-in only). Additionally, veterans can enjoy 10 percent off their meal year-round.

Mountain Mike’s Pizza: Mountain Mike’s is offering free Garlic Sticks with a purchase of $25 or more via the Mountain Rewards app or with code VT25, from November 11 to 17.
Paris Baguette: On Veterans Day, veterans, active-duty service members and their families can enjoy a free pastry with any purchase at Paris Baguette, no ID required.
Polly’s Pies: The California pie chain is offering veterans and active-duty military personnel with a military ID a free slice of pie on November 10 and 11 at all of its locations — no purchase or coupon required.
Red Lobster: On November 11th, all active-duty military, reserves and veterans with proof of service can visit Red Lobster to enjoy a free Shrimp & Chips entree, featuring Walt’s Favorite Shrimp, fries and coleslaw.
Red Robin: This year, the family-friendly restaurant continues its tradition of offering a free Red’s Big Tavern Burger and “bottomless” side dish to veterans and military members. The deal is available on November 11 for dine-in at participating restaurants — valid military ID required.
Salad and Go: On November 11, veterans and active-duty military with an ID can get a free salad or wrap. Then, on November 12, Salad and Go is launching an ongoing 10-percent discount for veteran and active duty service members with an ID.
Shake Shack: On Veterans Day, November 11, Shake Shack is honoring all active and retired military personnel with a military ID by offering them a free Big Shack burger — a new limited-time-only item featuring, among other elements, three buns and two quarter-pound beef patties — while supplies last.

Sheetz: On November 11, Sheetz will offer veterans and active duty military with a military ID or proof of service a free meal of a half turkey sub (including extras and add-ons) and a regular-sized fountain drink, plus a free car wash at participating locations.
Smoothie King: On November 11, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., all active-duty military and veterans can enjoy a free 20-ounce smoothie at participating locations nationwide — no purchase necessary. They can choose between three red-white-and-blue smoothie options: Strawberry X-Treme, Slim-N-Trim Vanilla or Blueberry Heaven.

Tim Hortons: Those in U.S. military uniform or presenting a valid veteran ID in participating Tim Hortons U.S. restaurants can get a free classic doughnut on November 11.
Village Inn: All day on November 11, military personnel can get a free 2-2-2 Breakfast: two eggs any style, two bacon strips or sausage links and two pancakes. To redeem the offer online, use the code “VETERANS25.”
Whataburger: Beginning November 11, Whataburger is offering active-duty military and veterans one free taquito during breakfast hours every Tuesday through December 30. The offer is valid in-restaurant only and limited to one order per qualifying guest at participating locations. This free-taquito Veterans Day offer can be paired with Whataburger’s year-round in-restaurant offer of a free 16-ounce hot or iced coffee for veterans and active-duty military members, for a heartier free breakfast.
Wings and Rings: Veterans and active military members (who receive a 10-percent discount every day at Wings and Rings) can receive a free lunch all day on November 11. The offer is valid for dine-in only.
