This Burger King Holiday Item Sold Out in Five Minutes Last Year — Here’s How To Snag One
It’s back and more nostalgic than ever.
Burger King is releasing an advent calendar this year — only its second ever, following last year’s edition. And it presumably won’t surprise you to hear that it’s a whopper.
Designed to look like a package wrapped in brown paper and tied with a bow, the limited-edition 2025 BK Advent Calendar includes 12 drawers with retro-looking numbers and illustrations. The drawers can be opened to reveal Burger King items that lean into the nostalgia factor.
“The holidays are all about creating moments of joy, and our BK Advent Calendar is designed to do just that in a very BK way,” Joel Yashinsky, Burger King US&C’s chief marketing officer, says in a press release. “After the incredible response to our first ever Advent Calendar last year, which sold out in less than five minutes, we knew we had to bring it back again this year with 12 new and exciting gifts designed to bring friends and families together.”
Yes, the man said less than five minutes. Here’s what we know about this year’s version.
What’s in this year’s BK Advent Calendar?
Each of the 12 drawers in the calendar contains a gift that offers a “taste of nostalgia with a flame-grilled twist,” the brand says.
Not to ruin the element of surprise or anything (Burger King isn’t saying which gift is on which day, after all), but here’s the full gift lineup:

“From nods to the Burger King Kids Club and iconic menu items like the BK Cini Minis, to fun takes on classic holiday gifts like games and decorations, the BK Advent Calendar has thoughtfully curated gifts for everyone,” the brand says.
How can you get your hands on the 2025 BK Advent Calendar?
The 2025 limited-edition BK Advent Calendar will be available starting Friday, November 21, on Burger King's website, while supplies last. It’s priced at $19.54 (Burger King was founded in 1954), and the chain estimates the retail value of the included items to be more than $100.
The best way to make sure you snag one (remember, last year: gone in five minutes), is to text “START” to 251-251 to receive text-message updates and on-sale reminders and make sure you’re among the first in line.
