18 Restaurant Deals to Snag for Cinco de Mayo

While Cinco de Mayo is not widely celebrated in Mexico, it's a great excuse in America to celebrate Mexican cuisine. This year, the holiday will actually fall on Taco Tuesday, which seems to be an extra exciting moment for fans of Mexican food. As expected, restaurants nationwide are offering some great deals on everything from margaritas to tacos in honor of the occasion!
Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar: On May 5, pick up a Bad Ass Margarita for just $5. This cocktail is made with fresh lime and Margaritaville Gold Tequila.
Baja Fresh: If you’re a Club Baja Rewards member, you can get $5.55 (get it?) off $20 or more pre-tax when you place an order online using the code CINCO, between May 1 and May 5, 2026.
BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse: Celebrate Cinco de Mayo on Tuesday, May 5, with happy hour pricing on a Brewhouse Margarita. Grab one for just $6 at the bar during happy hour from 3-7 p.m. or late-night happy hour from 9 p.m. until close.

Chili's: Stop by Chili's on Cinco de Mayo for a $5 Tequila Classic Marg or a PATRÓN Frozen Marg for $7 (at participating locations). May’s Margarita of the Month, the Popping Boba Marg, will also be available. It’s made with Lunazul Blanco Tequila, Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka, Monin Watermelon, house-made sour and dragonfruit popping boba, and priced at $6.
Chipotle: In honor of Cinco de Mayo, the chain is offering free Chips and Guacamole or free Chips and Queso Blanco on Tuesday, May 5. Use the code CINCO26 to get the deal.
Chuy's: On Monday, May 4 and Tuesday, May 5, the chain will be offering $6 regular or $9 grande signature House ’Ritas, as well as $1 off Mexican beers and $5 Queso Bowls all day.
Fat Tuesday: Fat Tuesday is partnering with 818 Tequila on a specialty Cinco de Mayo cocktail, the Fiesta Daiquirita: “818 Tequila Blanco, Triple Sec and Sour Mix with a splash of Cat 5 Hurricane, topped with Margarita and Piña Colada Daiquiri on the rocks,” according to a description from the brand. It will be available for a limited time at Fat Tuesday locations nationwide and at New Orleans Original Daiquiri locations in Louisiana.
Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers: Those with the Freddy’s Rewards app can get two Steakburger Tacos for $5 between May 5 and May 7. Launched in January, the taco is a grilled flour tortilla filled with a steakburger patty and melted American cheese, topped with crisp lettuce and Freddy’s signature Jalapeño Fry Sauce.
Grubhub: Just in time for the occasion, on May 4 through May 10, Grubhub+ members can get a free Crunchwrap Supreme with a $20+ Taco Bell order. You can sign up for Grubhub+ in May for a 90% discount (99 cents per month for six months).
Islands: This chain is holding a nearly month-long margarita celebration from May 4 through May 31, including flavors such as Toasted Coconut or Prickly Pear for just $10 each.
Jack in the Box: Cinco de Mayo and Taco Tuesday happen to both occur on the first Tuesday this May. And every first Tuesday of every month, this chain offers two tacos for 75 cents with a minimum $1 purchase. Seems like perfect timing to me.
Kona Grill: For Cinco de Mayo this year, get $1.99 Coronitas (at the bar only). You can get the deal from May 4 through May 7.
Moe's Southwest Grill: Celebrate Cinco de Mayo by getting a free side of queso! Moe's is offering up free queso with any entrée purchase for loyalty members from May 6 through May 10.

Pancheros: On May 5, Pancheros loyalty members will get a $5 burrito reward in their loyalty account, which can be redeemed nationwide.
Taco John’s: From May 1 through May 4, pick up three Beef Softshell Tacos, made with seasoned 100% North American beef and crisp lettuce, taco sauce and cheddar cheese, for just $5.55. On May 5 which just happens to be Taco Tuesday, Taco John's also has a weekly deal on Crispy Beef Tacos for $1.39 each.

Talkin’ Tacos: Celebrate Cinco de Mayo on May 5 with a $16.99 Taco Tuesday Special that includes two tacos as well as a choice of side and a drink or a $20.99 Combo that includes two tacos, two drinks and an additional entrée to share. For a big party, there are also Taco Boxes starting at $149, feeding up to 15 people.
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf: You'll need to stay caffeinated with all those happy hour plans. Stop by and pay just $5.50 for any large beverage from 12–6 p.m. on May 5.
Torchy’s Tacos: Loyalty members ordering in the restaurant on Cinco de Mayo will receive $2 off nachos all day. There'll also be a Hooky Hour from 2-5 p.m., which will include snack-sized nachos (eligible for the $2 off promotion) paired with half-price beer and house margaritas.
