What you'll need:

  • Multicolored tissue paper
  • Stapler
  • Pipe cleaners

How to:

  1. Stack multicolored tissue paper and fold into an accordion-style fold about 1 inch thick.
  2. Staple the center or tie it with a pipe cleaner.
  3. Cut the edges into round or petal shapes, then unfold.
  4. Peel the layers toward the center to create a flower.
  5. Hang flowers with pipe cleaners.
