1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed carrot juice, carrot greens reserved for garnish

1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice 

Juice of 1 lime 

1 bottle Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled


  1. Combine the carrot, orange and lime juice in a pitcher. Fill chilled champagne flutes or glasses halfway with the juice and top with the Champagne. Garnish with the carrot greens.
