2 ripe yellow tomatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch thick slices
Basil Vinaigrette, recipe follows
Fresh basil leaves, torn
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Arrange the cheese and tomatoes on a platter and drizzle with the vinaigrette, to taste, and garnish with basil leaves.;
