Cantaloupe Liquado

2 1/2 cups chopped cantaloupe (about 1 small)

1 1/2 cups cold milk

2 cups chopped ice

3 tablespoons honey


  1. Combine the cantaloupe with the milk, ice, and honey in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
