Chile-Spiced Pineapple

Special equipment:
cocktail skewers or toothpicks
  1. Skewer 3 pineapple chunks onto each cocktail skewer or toothpick and arrange on a plate.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the chile powder, cumin, salt and pepper and mix with a fork. Sprinkle onto all sides of the skewered pineapple chunks and serve.
