Chinese Black Rice Vinegar and Ginger

Ingredients

One 1/2-inch piece peeled fresh ginger

2 to 3 tablespoons Chinese black rice vinegar or balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Julienne the ginger and place in a small dipping bowl filled with Chinese black vinegar. Best if left for an hour for the flavors to infuse.
