2 tablespoons smoked paprika

1 tablespoon ground coriander

2 teaspoons celery salt

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 


  1. Combine the smoked paprika, coriander, celery salt, cayenne and cinnamon in a small bowl and mix with a fork. Use right away, or transfer to a resealable container and store in the pantry until ready to use.
  2. The rub is great on chicken, beef, pork or fish.
