Corn with Steakhouse Butter

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 cup steak sauce

4 ears of corn, grilled

Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Chopped fresh chives, for topping


  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and steak sauce and remove from the heat.
  2. Brush the butter mixture on the grilled corn. Season with salt and pepper; sprinkle with chopped chives.
