These sweet and tangy wings will be the star of any game day bash, though they’re easy enough to work as a weeknight dinner as well. We baked them at high heat on wire racks to allow for air circulation, resulting in perfectly crispy and tender wings.

Directions
Position racks in the upper and lower thirds of the oven and preheat to 450 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with foil and set a wire rack on each one. Coat the racks with cooking spray.
Make the wings: Toss the chicken wings with the Cajun seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and the cayenne in a large bowl. Arrange the wings on the rack-lined pans and bake until dry and browned on top, about 25 minutes. Flip the wings, switch the position of the pans and continue to bake until browned on top, about 15 more minutes.
Meanwhile, make the sauce: Heat the mustard, honey, butter, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and Cajun seasoning in a small saucepan over medium heat until the butter melts; stir and remove from the heat.
Transfer the sauce to a large bowl. Add the baked wings and toss to coat. Return the wings to the racks and brush with any remaining sauce in the bowl. Return to the oven and bake until they start browning at the edges, 8 to 10 more minutes.
