  1. Toss 2 cups salted peanuts with 1 beaten egg white, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and 4 chopped cooked bacon slices. Spread on a baking sheet; bake at 325 degrees F until golden, 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes, then loosen with a spatula and let cool completely.
