This dip is a tangier, spicier cousin of guacamole. Tomatillo salsa and pickled jalapeños add acid and spice to balance the creamy avocado. Cilantro adds a hint of freshness. Leftovers would be great drizzled on a grain bowl or used as a sandwich spread.
