1/2 head garlic (horizontally split)
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
One 4-ounce whole-grain demi baguette or hoagie roll, halved lengthwise
1 1/2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan
Halve the head of garlic horizontally, exposing a section of all the cloves. Use the bottom half for this recipe, and reserve top half for another use.
