Mojito, Mulata, and Badito de Mame Sapote

1 1/2 ounces Bacardi Limon rum

1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lime juice

5 mint leaves

5 ounces sugarcane juice



3 ounces Bacardi Dark rum

1/2 ounce Dark Creme de Cocoa

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon lime juice


Batido De Mame Sapote:

4 ounces mame pulp

8 ounces milk

1 to 2 tablespoons sugar, to taste



  1. Pour all ingredients into a glass over ice and shake. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with mint leaves and lime wedge.


  1. Pour all ingredients into a glass over ice and strain into a sugar-rimmed glass; garnish with a wedge of lime.
  2. Yield: 1 serving

Batido De Mame Sapote:

  1. Pour all ingredients into a blender, and blend until milkshake consistency. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
  2. Yield: 1 serving
