Raki, the spirit in this cocktail, is an intense anise-flavored brandy commonly served with ice and water. Here, the bartenders temper raki's strong black-licorice taste by mixing in passion fruit and spices.
Combine the raki, orange juice, passion fruit puree, honey, cloves, cardamom and ground cinnamon in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a dried lime slice.
