Savory Morning Muffins

These little quiche-inspired guys are so pretty and amazingly easy to make. Just nestle rounds of biscuit dough into muffin cups, making a hole by pushing the dough up the sides. Then mix up a little thawed, chopped spinach with diced ham, shredded Swiss, and some salt and pepper. Stuff the mixture into the holes and bake just as the tube says. Serve them, cut in half, with a fried egg.

Chocolate-Glazed Doughnuts

No need to make a trip to the doughnut shop when you have biscuit dough in the house. Just lay out the biscuits and cut out the centers with small, round cookie cutters. Fry them in vegetable oil at 350 degrees F until puffed and golden brown, and spread the tops with melted chocolate while they are still warm. Colorful sprinkles make them extra festive!

Cheeseburger Bombs

These gooey, cheesy, meaty cheeseburger bombs are the perfect hunger-busting snack. Flatten out your biscuit rounds and put a couple of tablespoons of cooked ground beef in the middle. Top it with a folded-up square of American cheese and then gather the edges up to enclose the filling. Bake them, seam-side down, according to the directions on the tube. Serve them with ketchup, mustard and pickles — or whatever fun things you like to put on your burger!
