Ingredients

3 pocket pitas, sliced into wedges and split apart

1/4 cup olive oil

Paprika

Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread pita wedges on baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 5 to 7 minutes until crisp.

Cook’s Note

It's important to watch the pita chips while baking, as they brown very quickly. Thinner chips will bake faster than thick ones.
