  1. Add the orange juice, blueberries, strawberries, spinach, yogurt, honey, chia seeds, mint leaves and 1 cup of ice to the cup of an immersion blender or a regular blender. Blend until completely smooth, about 1 minute. Add more orange juice if needed to thin. Pour into a glass or go cup. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
