RITZ Horseradish-Roast Beef Topper

4 slices deli-style roast beef (5 oz.)

1 Granny Smith apple

30 Ritz® Crackers

4 oz. Cheddar cheese with horseradish, cut into 30 thin slices

2 green onions, thinly sliced


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut each meat slice into 15 pieces. Cut apple into 30 slices, then cut each slice crosswise in half.
  3. Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with apples, meat and cheese.
  4. Bake 3 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with onions.
  5. Make Ahead!
  6. The meat, cheese and onions can be cut ahead of time. Refrigerate in separate airtight containers up to 12 hours before using as directed.
