1 honeydew melon, seeds removed

1 small seedless watermelon

1 pint blueberries, rinsed

2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced

2 bananas

1 lemon

6 sprigs fresh mint, for garnish


  1. With a melon baller cut honeydew and watermelon into a mixing bowl. Add blueberries, kiwi, and slice in bananas. Squeeze lemon juice over. Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with mint.
