2 Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into 1/2-inch chunks

1 pound honeydew melon, cut into 1/2-inch chunks

1 (20-ounce) can pineapple rings in syrup, drained and cut into small wedges

1/2 cup dried cherries

1/2 cup plain yogurt 

1/2 cup cream of coconut

Pinch of salt


  1. In a large bowl add the apple chunks, honey dew melon, pineapple chunks, dried cherries, yogurt, cream of coconut, and pinch of salt. Stir to combine.
