Pickled Okra Bloody Mary

Garnish Skewers:

4 pickled okra spears, brine reserved

4 pimiento-stuffed green olives 

4 lime wedges 

4 sport peppers 

Bloody Mary:

4 cups tomato juice

1 cup vodka 

1/2 cup brine from the jar of pickled okra 

1/4 cup fresh lime juice 

6 dashes hot sauce 

4 dashes Worcestershire sauce 

1 tablespoon horseradish 


  1. For the garnish skewers: Stack each of 4 skewers with an okra spear, olive, lime wedge and sport pepper.
  2. For the bloody Mary: Add tomato juice, vodka, brine, lime juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire and horseradish to a pitcher. Stir vigorously to combine. Pour into 4 tall glasses filled with ice. Garnish with skewers.
