In 1820, Australia began its commercial production of ginger beer, a naturally sweetened, usually nonalcoholic soda that has been popping up in American bars and supermarkets over the past decade. It adds a slight kick to Zephyr's red sangria.

Directions

Combine the pinot noir, vermouth, cognac, curaçao, orange juice, lemonade and ginger beer in a large pitcher. Let sit at least 2 hours or overnight.

Add ice to the pitcher. Garnish each drink with orange slices and grapes.
