Pack your swimsuits! Host Jesse Palmer just got off an airplane and is seeing his beautiful beach rental for the first time -- and he's a little hungry. He asks ten amazing bakers to whip up faux ice cream bars in summer flavors. Then while Jesse is chilling at sunset, he gets inspired by a crisp, refreshing drink for some summer cocktail tarts. Judges Carla Hall, Duff Goldman and Damaris Phillips really get into the summer "spirits" before they decide which baker sails off into the sunset.

Season's Best

Mmm … can you smell it? The sweet aroma of cinnamon rolls baking in the oven, or is it the pumpkin-spiced latte you're sipping? For the preheat, host Jesse Palmer asks the bakers to combine two of the fall season's best treats and make seasonal coffee drink cinnamon rolls. Then, the bakers roll right into the main heat with a fall-themed yule log that Jesse calls Thanksgiving Swiss Rolls. In the end, judges Carla Hall, Duff Goldman and Nancy Fuller decide which baker is rolling home.

Every summer, millions of families travel to a lake to relax, and host Jesse Palmer is right there with them fueling up at the breakfast buffet! To start the day off right, the bakers craft sweet and savory breakfast treats inspired by an assigned breakfast item. Then, Jesse has been picking berries by the lake, and the bakers must turn them into mile-high summer pies for judges Carla Hall, Duff Goldman and Damaris Phillips in hopes their sweet slices will save them from elimination.

Ill-Fated Romances

The ten remaining bakers face the darker side of love with challenges dedicated to ill-fated romances. Host Jesse Palmer requests they create flaky Spring Fling Napoleons and pair up in their first team challenge to create break-up cakes that help judges Duff Goldman, Kardea Brown and Nancy Fuller get over the one that got away.

Jingle Mingle

For a Chrismukkah dessert platter challenge, host Jesse Palmer asks the remaining seven bakers to make decorated Christmas cookies, rugelach, and traditional Hanukkah sufganiyot. In an unexpected twist, judges Duff Goldman, Nancy Fuller, and Kardea Brown do a blind tasting to decide who should make it into the upcoming all-important semifinals and who is eliminated.

Filling Grateful

The popularity of holiday spiced nuts inspires Jesse Palmer's challenge to the nine bakers: Use the crowd-pleasing holiday gift to create holiday spiced nut desserts. In the main heat, each baker must make three pies using an assigned harvest ingredient and decorate each pie crust differently. Judges Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman and Lorraine Pascale send one baker packing.

Holidays in All the Ways
