The Magic Factor

It's back to basics on amping up flavor with the magic factor. It's a day of kitchen chemistry for Ina as she tests recipes with and without the magic ingredient that really unlocks the flavor of a dish. First lemon zest in Easy Cheese Danish, then salt and vinegar add their magic to Chicken Salad Sandwiches and finally Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes with and without coffee. Each recipe with and without its magic ingredient gets put to the taste test by Ina's work colleagues to earn its magic factor title.

Ina Garten is turning her attention to all kinds of bread and dishes that feature it. She starts with the most delicious quick bread you'll ever bake, foolproof Irish Guinness Brown Bread. Pat and Gina Neely are back in the kitchen, packin' more than a punch! They're fixing up one hearty 'Lunch Box' you won't want to miss. First, they're making a classic sandwich with a kick, Gina's Salmon BLT. Then, it's two mouthwatering accoutrements, a tangy Cherry Tomato Salad with Buttermilk Basil Dressing and a thick Cheesy Loaded Potato Soup. Finally, what 'Lunch Box' would be complete without a dessert? They're making breathtaking Brown Sugar Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches. There won't be any trading in this 'Lunch Box' delight!

American Heroes

Four American heroes -- a cop, a firefighter, an EMT and an Air Force vet -- test their culinary might in a battle worth up to $20,000. First, the heroes are inspired by legendary rapper-turned-judge Rev Run to "wok this way," using a wok to shop for and cook a hearty crew meal. Next, the chefs must test their skills in Guy Fieri's classic arcade game, Spree Ball, to determine the ingredients in their hero sandwiches. Then, the final two attempt to make a leisurely day off dinner, but Guy announces "closing time!" without warning.

Guy Fieri's checking in on some of his favorite joints servin' up a bite for any time of day. In sun-soaked Miami, Fla., a look back at Asian funk fusion and what the chef is doing to Chinese food these days. In Denver, a triple threat adding some new biscuit sandwiches and a couple new late-night Italian options. A Chicago restaurant owner reminiscing on how DDD changed his life ... and his menu. And, finally, a new take on an old staple -- fry bread -- at DDD's first (and only) Trinidadian joint.

This trip Guy's got visitors — a whole cast of 'em! In this comedy-filled, star-studded episode, Guy gets a visit from Adam Sandler, Chris Rock, Kevin James and David Spade, the stars of the film Grown Ups 2, and invites them along for the Los Angeles ride. First, the Filipino barbecue joint that's got everyone going bonkers over the cornbread and the coconut beef. Then they're off to a decades-old family-run Italian joint, where they're piling up monster sandwiches and some meatball madness.
