Inspired by a recent trip to Florence, Ina is re-creating a fabulous Florentine feast for friends back home in East Hampton. There's a mozzarella master class with a local cheese maker; an Italian drinks tray inspired by cocktails and store-bought hors d'oeuvres sampled at the fabulous Lungarno hotel in Florence; Baked Fish in Parchment; Parmesan Polenta; and Affogato Sundaes, the easiest Italian dessert ever.
