Tracey Marionneaux –Miami, FL

Tracey is currently the cake artist at the Fountainbleu Hotel in Miami and runs her business Sweet Revolution from home. She’s made custom cakes for celebrities like Kanye West, Steve Harvey and Kid Rock. Her favorite spring dessert to make is a simple lemon tart with a sweet butter shell and fresh lemon curd. She could eat lemon curd by the spoonful.

Jordan Kanouse – New Orleans, LA

Jordan is the pastry cook at the Jack Rose restaurant in the Pontchartrain Hotel in New Orleans and also runs her own baking business called Bombshell Sweets. She thrives on the competition aspect of baking.

Cory Barrett – Kalamazoo, MI

Cory may look like an average Midwestern dad, but he has over 20 years of culinary experience. He is also no stranger to Food Network, having worked with Michael Symon on 17 episodes of Iron Chef. His favorite spring dessert is a strawberry shortcake made with biscuits in strawberry broth topped with mascarpone mousse and strawberry ice.
