Cheesy "Pie Slices"

Cheesy Pecan Pie Slices
What you'll need:
- Block of smoked Gouda
- Triangle wheat crackers
- Fig jam
- Chicken-flavored biscuit crackers
- Pecans
How to:
- Cut the smoked Gouda into wedges the same size as the triangle wheat crackers.
- Spread some fig jam onto each triangle wheat cracker as "glue," then top with a Gouda slice.
- Cut the biscuit crackers in half and cover with some of the fig jam. Attach one half to the short side of each Gouda slice to create an "outer crust."
- Top each Gouda slice with more fig jam and a pecan.

- Whipped cream cheese
- Chicken-flavored biscuit crackers
How to:
- Cut the Cheddar into wedges the same size as the triangle wheat crackers.
- Spread some whipped cream cheese onto each triangle wheat cracker as "glue," then top with a Cheddar slice.
