Cheesy "Pie Slices"

This treat will help complete your Friendsgiving table.

Cheesy Pecan Pie Slices

What you'll need:

  • Block of smoked Gouda
  • Triangle wheat crackers
  • Fig jam
  • Chicken-flavored biscuit crackers
  • Pecans

How to:

  1. Cut the smoked Gouda into wedges the same size as the triangle wheat crackers.
  2. Spread some fig jam onto each triangle wheat cracker as "glue," then top with a Gouda slice.
  3. Cut the biscuit crackers in half and cover with some of the fig jam. Attach one half to the short side of each Gouda slice to create an "outer crust."
  4. Top each Gouda slice with more fig jam and a pecan.

  • Block of Cheddar
  • Triangle wheat crackers
  • Whipped cream cheese
  • Chicken-flavored biscuit crackers

How to:

  1. Cut the Cheddar into wedges the same size as the triangle wheat crackers.
  2. Spread some whipped cream cheese onto each triangle wheat cracker as "glue," then top with a Cheddar slice.
  3. Cut the biscuit crackers in half and cover with some of the whipped cream cheese. Attach one half to the short side of each Cheddar slice to create an "outer crust."
  4. Top each Cheddar slice with a small dollop of whipped cream cheese.
