David Katz
Start with clean and dried radishes, greens trimmed off, leaving just about 1/4 inch for a little handle.
Stir ranch-flavored powder into melted butter at a ratio of 5 teaspoons of powder per stick of butter.
Let the butter cool to a creamy, thick consistency--about 15 minutes. Dip the radishes one at a time into the ranch butter mixture. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper and let set until the butter hardens slightly.
These make the perfect self-contained 2-bite appetizer!
