2025 is coming up fast, and there’s already something to look forward to: a whole new lineup of Oreo products. The beloved cookie brand is releasing six treats, and the first one will hit shelves later this month. This slate of products is the biggest news from Oreo since its splashy collaboration with Coca-Cola over the summer.
New, limited-edition Oreo Game Day cookies will be available nationwide starting December 26. These are classic Oreos embossed with five designs, including footballs and helmets — a sweet addition to tailgates and watch parties.
Then, on January 3, Oreo is dropping four new permanent products. Oreo Loaded takes the creme filling of a Mega Stuf Oreo and mixes in Oreo cookie pieces. Oreo Irish Creme Thins add a creamy vanilla flavor to the original thin sandwich cookies. Oreo Minis Peanut Butter are bite-sized chocolate cookies with a peanut butter creme filling, which are perfect for sharing or taking on the go. And the last drop comes with a twist: Golden Oreo Cakesters, a fan-favorite product retired for more than a decade. This time, a creme filling will be sandwiched between the soft-baked golden cookies.
You’ll find the last two products in the frozen aisle. Oreo Bites are poppable treats made with a frozen dairy base and dipped in an Oreo coating. Oreo Mini Bars use a creme-flavored dairy base with Oreo cookie pieces mixed in and coating the outside. Both frozen desserts will be available nationwide, year-round starting January 2025.
If this whirlwind of announcements feels overwhelming, fear not. Oreo is also starting the Oreo Dunk Club, which will help fans stay in the loop for new product releases, giveaways and announcements. The club also offers exclusive pre-sales and even opportunities to weigh in on future products. You can sign up for free on Oreo’s website.
If you’re antsy to remix classic Oreos before the new snacks arrive, we’ve got you covered. You may think of them as a carnival treat, but fried Oreos are a snap to make in the air fryer. Or, you can transform a pack of Oreos into five-ingredient truffles fit for a holiday party.
