Waffle House Is Now Accepting Valentine’s Dinner Reservations

Stuck on Valentine’s dinner plans? You don’t need to book a table at a fine dining establishment to enjoy a nice meal out — Waffle House is helping customers lock in a truly memorable, romantic experience. Yes, Waffle House.
What is Waffle House doing for Valentine’s Day this year?
You can expect to enjoy the usual — and affordable — Waffle House menu: waffles, eggs, hash browns and other breakfast- and late-night-craving staples.
You can also expect decor that winks at love, though the details will vary by location.
"We will be serving our everyday menu, but on white tablecloths in a fun, romantic atmosphere,” a Waffle House rep says. “Many locations will add their own unique touches.”
Photos the chain shared of past Valentine’s night events include bouquets of red roses in Waffle House coffee mugs, ruby-heart-emblazoned decorations and a waffle with a big heart in the middle made of chocolate chips.
Judging from the response on social media, you can also expect to dine among a lot of other Waffle House-loving couples who are thrilled to be there.
“have you ever been so excited for anything in your life?” asked one Instagrammer, tagging the person who will presumably be her date for the occasion.
“I am ready!” wrote another, who also included a tag and a holiday-appropriate heart-eyes emoji.
One commenter may not even need to bring a date to the event to feel the love: “I love you Waffle House,” he wrote.

Is this the first Waffle House Valentine’s Dinner event?
Actually, no. This marks the 18th year that Waffle House has put on a special Valentine’s Dinner event. But this year, the chain is offering it more broadly — at 218 Waffle House locations across 22 states. Also new is the option to book your dinner reservation online in advance of February 14.
How do you make a reservation for Waffle House’s 2026 Valentine’s Dinner event?
This is apparently the only night of the year Waffle House, which is famously open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, takes reservations. You can find the list of this year’s participating locations, as well as the online reservations link, on the chain’s website.
And if your preferred location is all booked up for romance’s big day, don’t despair. “The high and low counters are available for walk-ins on Valentine’s night,” a Waffle House spokesperson tells Food Network.
