St. Patrick’s Day is an underrated holiday. 24 hours of drinking beer, devouring Irish food and pinching people? Sign us up. Much like the holiday, these shamrock-designed cookies are also often overlooked. The shamrock print is super cute, and Pillsbury even makes shamrock-cookie flavored lip balm.

Elf
Pillsbury Elf Shape Sugar Cookies 24 Count, 11.0 OZ; Walmart, $2.50
Yes, elves try to stick to the four main food groups: candy, candy canes, candy corns and syrup. However, we’re pretty sure they wouldn’t say no to a cookie, making these Elf-inspired treats the perfect stocking stuffer. Released in 2018, these ready-to-bake cookies were available during the Christmas season and feature Buddy the Elf’s hat.
Pokémon Detective Pikachu

Pillsbury Ready to Eat Scooby-Doo Sugar Cookies; Walmart, $2.50
It’s not a Scooby Snack, but Scooby-Doo sure does approve. Pop these bad boys in the oven, and when they’re done, you’ll have piping hot cookies printed with Scooby-Doo’s smiling face.

Disney Princesses

Warning: these ready-to-bake cookies don’t actually have different Disney Princesses on them. Instead, the design depicts a heart with Cinderella’s iconic shoe in the center. But hey, at least Ariel, Rapunzel and Cinderella herself make appearances on the box.
Spongebob Squarepants

Who lives in a pineapple, er, on a cookie? Spongebob Squarepants! To promote The Spongebob Movie: Sponge Out of Water, Pillsbury released limited-edition cookies featuring the face of our favorite underwater sponge.
