The Most Noteworthy Kitchen Products from KBIS 2026, According to Food Network Shopping Experts

The product that caught multiple of our Shopping Experts' eyes was the True Caliber Side-by-Side Refrigerator in the brand's new Espresso colorway. Espresso was also dubbed their 2026 Color of the Year, and we were enamored by its warm and inviting appearance in their booth. And while the Side-by-Side Refrigerator is quite the splurge, the new hue is available across multiple product categories, from beverage fridges to outdoor grills.

"Reminiscent of a perfectly pulled ristretto, Espresso delivers richness and depth without visual weight, adding warmth and balance to both modern and classic spaces. Unlike a standard brown, this nuanced finish possesses a sense of permanence and quiet luxury, pairing effortlessly with natural materials, warm metals and layered textures," the brand states in a press release.

True Caliber's professional-grade appliances offer top-of-the-line quality with hinges that have been put through a rigorous one-million-door-opening test to ensure their value. This full-sized, luxury refrigerator boasts stay-open doors, 300-series stainless steel craftsmanship, a built-in ice maker, interior LED lighting, a balanced, forced-air refrigeration system and much more.

One of the most innovative product designs we discovered was the JennAir NextGen Induction Downdraft Cooktop. Instead of the normal noisy updraft hood ventilation system we're used to in the kitchen, this design pulls steam, grease and odors into the cooktop via a powerful extractor in the cooktop.

The brand's website states, "Choose between two venting options: exterior ventilation or recirculation with a charcoal filter accessory. Both venting options draw odors and steam away five times faster than the steam can rise."

The cooktop's appearance is kept extra-sleek thanks to a touch-screen display that allows functions to be accessed with a single touch. The slim profile allows for less bulk in your kitchen and more room to move freely. Sensors automatically detect which cooking zone you're utilizing, as well as the pan size. Sound-reducing technology means the ventilation runs as low as 30 decibels.

We've seen sparkling water cross over from store-bought to cans to an at-home affair with the help of countertop appliances. But installed solutions, like the brand-new Kohler Aquifer 4-in-1 Beverage System and Faucet, are the next-level way to enjoy bubbly water on-demand.

Kohler already offered water filtration systems under the Aquifer name, but the 4-in-1 Beverage System is an undercounter system designed for more versatility at the tap. In tandem with the Aquifer 4-in-1 Faucet, the compact undercounter system filters incoming tap water to remove the smell and taste of chlorine and produces ambient, chilled, hot and sparkling water. Replaceable components include a CO2 cartridge and a single-stage water filter.

The Aquifer 4-in-1 Faucet is available with a short arc for a bar-height faucet or a tall arc for a standard-height faucet. Its most unique feature is the replacement of the standard handle with a touch-dial to make your selection regarding still or sparkling water and temperature preference. The Aquifer 4-in-1 Beverage System is available now from Kohler. The undercounter system retails for $3,375, and the faucet starts at $600.

Midea is bringing to market a new top control dishwasher with user-friendly features and an affordable price point. The Midea Top-Control Dishwasher takes aim at thoroughly cleaning water bottles, a feature we saw pop up more than once at KBIS this year. What was unique about this option was the specially designed basket compartment that holds five individual straws.

The STRAWash zone puts your smoothie straw in just the right spot to receive a powerful stream of water from jets dedicated to this cleaning zone. In the main wash basket above, a bottle zone has individual clips to hold your favorite water bottle in place over special jets. The top-most basket is a flat tray for cutlery or utensils, and it also includes a lid zone.

While not as quiet as other newly-introduced dishwashers, this Midea model operates at just 44 decibels. It features a sensor-based drying system to make sure that you’re not left with moist, wet items at the end of the cycle. This dishwasher is scheduled for a June release date, with an approachable MSRP of $799.

A work sink doesn't sound glamorous until you dress it up with beautiful but functional accessories. That's exactly what you get with the recently launched Kohler Synthos Workstation Sink Collection. On display in the Kohler House at KBIS, the workstation sink is a sleek stainless-steel undermount basin available in widths ranging from 32 to 70 inches. The sink's perimeter has a narrow lip that facilitates the smooth movement of the accessory collection.

Included with the Synthos sink are a wooden cutting board, stainless steel colander, prep bowl set, garnish bowl set and a sink rack. The larger sizes of Synthos sinks add a soaking bin and serving tray. Optional accessories for the line-up include a salad bowl set, pot rack and serving tray with a silicone mat. We were impressed by how easily the system works together and the options you have to customize the sink for your culinary habits or entertaining needs.

The Synthos serving accessories are intended to go from prep to party, and it shows in the quality of the finish. You have your choice of dark walnut solid wood accessories or a matte black wood-look composite set. The Synthos Collection is available now from Kohler, and a sink with accessories starts at $2,124.

Monogram included the soon-to-launch 900 Series Dishwasher in its high-end KBIS display. As GE's luxury appliance brand, Monogram brings sophistication and customization options to its appliance line-up. The 900 Series Dishwasher fits right in with four banks of interior LED lighting, more than 90 wash jets and four handle options to suit your design preference.

Specific spray nozzles to target water bottles are included, along with clips to keep the bottle securely in place during the wash cycle. A third rack holds lids or other small items and has a removable tray. Cycle settings and options are accessible using a digital control panel mounted on the top of the door. We liked the especially crisp and bright LED screen for easy visibility.

The kitchen workhorse that you won't see or hear, the panel-ready dishwasher blends into your cabinetry and boasts the lowest operating noise of any dishwasher on the market at just 37 decibels. For those who prefer, a stainless steel finish is available as well. The Monogram 900 Series Dishwasher has an April 2026 release date, with an MSRP of $2,500 (handles are additional).

Brondell expands into the kitchen faucet space with the Jema, a brand-new pull-down faucet on display at KBIS. The faucet is available with or without a touchless sensor. We're partial to the convenience of waving a hand in front of the sensor to activate the faucet's flow and avoid touching the handle with sticky or greasy hands during cooking tasks.

The Jema impressed us most with its multiple spray modes, including a hard, flat spray known as RapidRinse that provides efficient cleaning power for clearing dirty plates and pans. A softer spray pattern described as GentleClean is intended to be your go-to for rinsing produce. A standard aerated spray is also available for general tasks like washing your hands or filling up cooking pots. It should be noted that this faucet is billed as having four spray modes. For those of you keeping count, the fourth mode is simply a pause feature rather than a unique spray pattern.

A big boon for the Jema is its use of Brondell's Nebia spray technology. The spray function claims to produce less splashing, which we were quite pleased with in RapidRinse mode. But it also has the perk of conserving water usage without big losses in efficiency. The Jema will be available this spring in matte black, polished chrome and spot-resistant stainless steel finishes. The MSRP is set to range from $279 to $349.
