Avocado Dressing

2 avocados, cut in half and pitted

Juice of 5 lemons

1 cup mayonnaise

2 serrano chiles, seeded

1/2 onion, minced

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 garlic clove, minced

1 teaspoon sea salt

Pinch cayenne pepper


  1. In a large bowl mash the avocados with the lemon juice. In a blender combine the avocado and all of the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour the dressing into an airtight container and allow to mellow in the refrigerator for one day.
