This version of the Bloody Mary, the classic American cocktail and brunch staple, combines tomato juice, vodka, lemon and horseradish with a few dashes of Worcestershire and hot sauce. Ever customizable, go heavier on the horseradish if you'd like, or add several grinds of black pepper or a fun garnish — the Bloody Mary is a cocktail everyone should have in their arsenal.

Directions
Stir together 1/2 cup tomato juice, 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, a heaping teaspoon horseradish and a few dashes each of Worcestershire and hot sauce in a glass; fill with ice. Add 2 ounces cold vodka; stir. Garnish with a celery stalk and lemon wedge.
