Directions
Simmer 1 1/2 pounds peeled, quartered Yukon Gold potatoes in salted water until tender, 20 minutes; drain. Cook 2 teaspoons mustard seeds and 1/2 each minced onion and seeded serrano chile in 3 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium heat, 5 minutes; add 3/4 cup thawed frozen peas, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala and a pinch of salt. Mash the potatoes with the onion mixture, stir in 3/4 cup plain yogurt and season with salt. Top with mint chutney.
