Teatime meets happy hour. This cooler combines strawberries and chamomile tea to make a colorful and refreshing summer drink. Add vodka, chill and serve with freshly sliced strawberries.

Directions
Bring 4 cups water, 1 cup sliced strawberries and 1/2 cup sugar to a boil in a saucepan, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Remove from the heat; add 12 chamomile tea bags and steep 5 minutes. Strain into a pitcher, gently pressing on the solids. Stir in 3 cups cold water and 1 cup vodka. Chill. Pour into 6 tall ice-filled glasses. Garnish with sliced strawberries.
Cook’s Note
For a mocktail version, simply leave out the alcohol. It tastes great as a regular iced tea drink.
